The founders of Sand Mountain saw a void. At one end of the spectrum were developers and architects spending years and millions of dollars on their projects, vigilantly designing and constructing down to the last detail. At the other end we observed suppliers with “off the shelf” product lines for modular retail kiosks, vending enclosures and display fixtures that, with any luck, might somehow tie into the aesthetic appeal of the center. These often last-minute purchases were given little attention compared to the front-and-center impact they would have on the customer experience.
